By accessing our website, opting in to our SMS messaging program, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
By visiting tpaconnect.net, submitting a form, opting in to receive text messages from TPA, calling our agents, or otherwise interacting with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
TPA is an independent insurance agency that supports licensed agents and consumers across the Medicare, Health, Life, Annuity, and Long Term Care markets. Our services include, but are not limited to:
TPA is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. Government or the federal Medicare program. Our agents are AHIP certified and licensed by the appropriate state department of insurance or other regulatory agencies.
TPA operates an SMS messaging program registered through The Campaign Registry (TCR) under the 10DLC framework, in accordance with CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from The Premier Agency LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
You are only enrolled in our SMS messaging program when you provide express written consent. Consent may be obtained through any of the following methods:
The phone number you provide will be used solely for the SMS program purposes you consented to. **We will not share your mobile opt-in or consent data with any third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the messaging service.** Information may only be shared with our service providers (such as messaging platform providers and phone carriers) as necessary to deliver the messages you requested.
You may opt out of TPA’s SMS messaging program at any time and at no cost. Standard CTIA-compliant keywords are supported:

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, the use case you opted in to, and ongoing account activity. You may receive transactional, conversational, or promotional messages depending on the consent provided.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges, if any, are determined by your mobile carrier and are not the responsibility of TPA. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
Mobile carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others) are **not liable** for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider’s network and is outside the control of TPA.
Our SMS program is supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Compatibility with all devices, plans, or networks is not guaranteed.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy , which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, graphics, and other materials made available through our services are owned by or licensed to TPA and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.
The “TPA” and “The Premier Agency” names and logos are trademarks of The Premier Agency LLC. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
The services are provided on an “**as-is**” and “**as-available**” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.
The Premier Agency is not connected with or endorsed by any of the carriers listed on this website or the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or **1-800-MEDICARE** to get information on all of your options.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TPA, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not TPA has been informed of the possibility of such damage.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TPA and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as via email or a notice on our website). Your continued use of the services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
